Studland Road leads directly down to the beach, no more than 50 yards away, right in the heart of Bournemouth’s famous 7 mile stretch of golden sands. It is also perhaps 10 minutes walk back along the flat promenade walkway into the town centre, with its main Pier, the Pavilion and Central Gardens.

Bournemouth has of course its famous Bournemouth International Centre, several other theatres, a Symphony Orchestra, museums, art galleries and numerous restaurants and clubs. The whole area is well established as a financial services centre, as well as being one of Britain’s most popular retirement areas.

This whole area of the south’s coastline has numerous lovely walks, extensive golden sandy beaches, and public parks full of leafy trees and shaded secluded spots ideal for enjoyment, relaxation and reflection.

There are numerous famous local schools, colleges and University, all of which cater for the education of all ages. The town is also looked after by Bournemouth’s well equipped modern hospitals, and all the usual
dentist and GP services are close by.
